Setting your account password if there is an issue with your link

Your organization has given you access to ITPro.


An activation link was sent to your primary email account to set your password. If that link is expired or isn’t working, please follow these steps: 

  1. Double-check your email address associated with your ITPro account. 

  2. Visit and request a password reset.

  3. Follow the steps in the email and log in to your ITPro account. This email acts as your password setup if you’ve never logged in.
