Pausing your account allows you to save your previous rate and set up a reactivation schedule with one of our Member Services team members. Pauses to one's account can be one month, two months, or longer if necessary.
To set up a pause on your account, you can message the Member Services team through the Chat icon, or email email@example.com with your request to pause. Please include your anticipated return date.
The team will then cancel your current account but set an appointment for re-activation based on your return timeline. The Member Services team will then reach back out at the time of your re-activation, and help you set your account back up and running.
