As we continue to update our site and apps, our team is always open to suggestions from our members on what they’d like to see added. If you’d like to suggest a new or improved feature, feel free to send us a Feature Request.
Reach out to the Member Services team with the feature you’d like to see changed, including the specific platform (site, iOS app, ProPortal, etc), any current screenshots of the site/app for reference, and an overall description of this feature. They’ll collect any additional details needed for the process before tagging the request. Each quarter our team gets together for a meeting where feature requests are introduced and tabulated. The more feature requests we receive, the more likely we are to look into making these changes when able!
