ITProTV has two different video players because ITProTV uses a content delivery network (CDN) to host video files. A CDN has multiple servers specifically designed to handle video streaming. Using more than one CDN allows you to change the provider is your connection is slow. 

Just click Primary/Secondary above the video to switch between the providers.  

If you are receiving an error code on your videos, like "This video file cannot be played. Error code 224003", you may be having whitelisting issues with our Primary player, JW Player. Check your security settings in your browser to ensure all elements of our site are approved and not blocked by any additional add-ons like pop-up blockers. 

If you are experiencing this error on a work or government network, you may not be able to access the whitelist. To ensure the error is due to your network, please try loading our content on another device connected to a personal network or a cellular connection. If you are able to do so, the work/government network is the culprit.
